Fred has always been a sociable, honest, hard working citizen with a desire to deliver results better than expected. As a child, he worked for the Daily Breeze delivering 3 paper routes between he and his childhood friend, Ricky. After attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and obtaining a degree in Industrial Engineering, Fred turned to delivering business solutions to clients of Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and Toshiba America. Upon having two children, Fred decided to hang up his business traveling bag. It was after visiting a total of 28 countries (and counting) that Fred found his passion in sales of real estate...the best kind there is American...specifically in Southern California!
